These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jeed jazz platform and all associated services. "jeed jazz", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the entity that owns and operates jeed jazz services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered individual.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and must be read together with our Privacy Policy. Both documents together form the complete agreement between jeed jazz and the member.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jeed jazz reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.

The approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on jeed jazz are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions can be made through these three mobile wallets.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in the member's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Successful deposits are generally reflected quickly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact customer support.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to the member's own account.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a bonus is claimed using multiple accounts or false information, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or market has set minimum and maximum betting limits. jeed jazz reserves the right to change these limits and will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software, server, or network error, jeed jazz may void that round or game and return the bet. We reserve the full right to correct any payment made in an incorrect amount due to an error.

6.3 Special Terms for Sports Betting

Declared odds in sports betting may change, particularly after an event has started. Odds on bets already accepted do not change. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is generally voided and the stake returned.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or channelling illegal funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software or hardware tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using another member's information or identity.
• Operating coordinated betting strategies against the platform (advantage play).
• Misusing the jeed jazz name or logo.
